Pre-application consultation is now closed. All comments received will be considered when finalising the design and site layout of the development prior to submission of the planning application.

We held a public exhibition to share information about our plans and seek feedback from stakeholders and the local community. This drop-in event was held at:

Cilfynydd Rugby Club, Cilfynydd, Pontypridd, CF37 4HS on 12 March 2025 between 1pm and 7pm

All responses received during the consultation will be analysed as we refine our proposal ahead of submitting a planning application. A Pre-Application Consultation Report will accompany the planning application, which will set out the methods used to consult, the views expressed and how these have been considered in relation to the project.
